The latest poll table shows the latest movement in the opinion polls – almost all of them show the leadership in teenagers for the Starmer party – away from February when almost all companies have a gap of 20% +,
Going along with this shift has improved Sunak’s leadership ratings. Although he still trails Starmer in most polls, the gap isn’t as big as it is now.
The next step could be a single-digit lead for LAB although I think there is some way to go.
It’s clear Sunak wants the Tories to come first, but I’m just wondering what will lead them to call a general election. Arguably Labour’s lack of an overall majority could be seen as a kind of victory for the Tories after so long in power.
