Bingo. I am now off the waiting list for spine surgery and this has now been for three weeks today.
The idea that in less than a month I can walk again without pain is just fantastic. The speed was a bit surprising. I just saw the consultant on the 30th of December and I am looking forward to the procedure that has been set.
This comes at a time when all the papers are reporting on the decline of the NHS. Well, if I were to be treated by the NHS, it wouldn’t be as bad as it was.
I was very impressed with the care and dedication of the NHS support staff.
