Keep it real! Dolores Catania has a fan-favorite personality Real Housewives of New Jersey since joining the franchise in 2016.

“What I love about New Jersey is home. I can be anywhere in New Jersey and know someone who knows anyone,” the Bravo star, 52, said exclusively in the latest issue of Us Weekly.

Catania has a RHONJ mainstay since season 7 of 2016 – and proud of the way he conducted himself on the reality TV show.

“I haven’t had an embarrassing moment yet RHONJ not yet, but it will probably happen this year,” the owner of Powerhouse Fitness, who was previously married to Frank Cataniatell us. “I was so corny with it [my boyfriend] Paul Connell.”

“I didn’t want to put him down [the show]. Absolutely not. But I know what I entered and [him] became a part of my life – he wasn’t someone I wanted to have dinner with. You know, they’re not just friends. He’s part of my life now,” the former correctional officer – who has children with Gabby, 27, and Frankie, 24, with his ex-husband, 58, – said exclusively. us Connell’s Bravo debut last month. “I’m nervous for him because it’s a big deal for people.”

He added at the time: “You know, Paul is a successful electrical contractor in the city. He has a company called Eco Electric, and he’s done very well, and he just came to this country [from Ireland] in the 20s. And he just, like, took more, and then I was like, ‘You could have done it, you could have left your whole family in another country and come here and be a huge success in one of the biggest places. in the world, but I’ll tell you, I don’t know if you’re ready for this.’
