
Fifteen people died on Friday after a major accident on the R579 Motetema Village in Groblersdal, Limpopo.
The horrific accident happened in the morning at around 06:30.
Limpopo is afraid of disaster
According to the Road Traffic Management Corporation (RTMC), the multi-vehicle accident involved two minibus taxis and a truck.

Of the 15 people killed, five children and 10 adults were part of the victims.
“Ten injured were transported to hospital with serious injuries. The cause of the accident is unknown at this stage,” RTMC spokesman Simon Zwane said in a statement.
Zwane said RTMC is committed to working with provincial officials to investigate the cause of the accident and deliver the much needed clarity and justice to the families of the victims.
“While the cause of the accident is subject to active investigation RTMC urges motorists to remain vigilant and to refrain from overtaking where it is not safe to do so,” he said.
Motorists are warned not to speed and drive under the influence of alcohol.
