In the last few days, it became clear that Amy Slaton’s marriage was in a bad state.
To the point where sources say Slaton will soon file for divorce from her husband, Michael.
More recently, however, concerns have been raised among the 1,000-lb Sisters’ fans about the shape of Amy and Michael’s 8-month-old son, Glenn.
And all this comes from the photo below:
The reality star took to her Instagram page on Sunday to post a picture of the toddler strapped into a car seat, writing as the caption for the picture shown here:
“Happy 8 months baby mama, and gage and everyone love you baby!!!!”
At first, followers noticed that Amy did not mention Michael in this tribute.
But then they noticed the baby’s face.
“Did he fall and hurt himself?” one person asked, while another said: “The boy looks like a bar fight yesterday.”
The third time it sounds like this:
“What happened to his cute face? That worries me a lot.”
It’s natural and understandable to be concerned about seeing these signs. We believe these people only care about Slaton and his family.
But has she met the little boy?!?
Little kids Glenn’s age are always scratching themselves… or falling down… or going through some normally harmless situation that results in a scratch on their face.
We see no reason for major concern here.
As for what seems to have befallen Amy and Michael?
“[Michael] didn’t want kids on the show, but Amy didn’t agree,” an insider told The Sun last week, adding:
“They’ve been fighting this for months.”
Another major problem that plagued the couple was Michael’s lack of help in the parenting department.
As you may recall, Amy broke a new episode of 1000-lb Sisters after her husband sat around drinking beer with friends instead of helping with their children.
“You shouldn’t be doing this alone,” Amanda’s sister said to Amy as she offered help in time.
“You are married and have a husband, and he must be a father too.”
Obviously, Amy herself has not confirmed that she will file for divorce.
But sources indicate he has moved out and is living with his sister Tammy.
The unrelated couple met in high school and married on March 15, 2019 in Nashville, Tennessee.
“My husband Michael, he means the world to me. Michael and I are newlyweds, but we have been together for four years,” said Slaton in the premiere of the program series in January 2020.
“I can say anything and everything. And Michael is really supportive of me helping Tammy.
