Ten people have been arrested by the Police in Jamestown, Accra, following a violent clash that broke out in the area on Sunday.

A car was set on fire, with the windshield of another vehicle smashed, in an attack said to have been sparked by tribal chieftaincy.

During his visit to the community, there was a heavy security deployment to the Jamestown palace following the incident.

Jamestown Palace Pastor, Nii Ayitey Konko V narrated the incident Citi News called on the government and opinion leaders to step in and resolve the leadership dispute in the region.

He reveals that one Asher who calls himself a priest and claims to be the heir to the throne of Jamestown continues to attack the Palace with his land guards in an attempt to be crowned king.
