Award-winning rapper Sarkodie challenged the organizers of December at GH to extend the euphoria of activities during the festive season to other parts of the country.

According to the Adonai hit maker who spoke in a video quoted by Graphic Showbiz, it is very important to spread the love of the festive season to other regions.

“We must spread love in Ghana. The celebration is for Ghana and not Accra, so we must think about Kumasi, Tamale, and all those places. We must drag the diaspora to see what Ghana really is,” he said.

The popular rapper also encouraged stakeholders in December at GH to find innovative ways to sustain the momentum of the celebration for a long time.

“In Ghana, we always find things organically, but we have to make strategic efforts to preserve them because we can’t leave them like that. It’s a wonderful time and a magical time and everyone is coming to my country and I’m very proud.

“However, I think we need to find innovative ways to keep the momentum going and more activities happening. Even if we’ve done that, we could have done more.

“This is a good time and I think the government should hold on to this and find a way to keep this going for a long time,” he said.
