It’s the end of the calendar year for Meri Brown.
And also the end of the romantic era?
On December 31, the veteran member of Sister Wives shared a long message on Instagram that many followers interpreted as confirmation that her relationship with spiritual partner Kody was over.
And he was totally cool with that.
a

“Only today to say thank you for 2022,” wrote Meri to reveal the caption that matches the photo above.
He added:
“A year of challenge and personal growth, a year of confusion followed by clarity. A year of clearing the old to make room for the new.”
“A year of searching for me again and knowing who has my back.”

Remove the old to make room for the newhuh?
It’s really hard for fans not to see this line.
Two weeks ago, in episode one of the Sister Wives Season 17 special, Meri watched footage of Kody saying the following to the show’s host:
I don’t think I’m married to Meri. If he wants to move on and have another marriage, he won’t argue with me.

Meri, who has shared several social media posts for more than a year now stating that she is single, reacted unsurprised by the words.
“You don’t know if he’s going to get frustrated with Christine and be like, ‘He just made this decision. We didn’t consult, we didn’t talk, he just made a decision and then he said, ‘No, I don’t think I’m going to marry Meri,'” he said. with a heart response about this special.
“Like, he just made a decision.
“I’ve never heard him say that to me before.”

Maybe not in the exact terms.
But Kody previously said that he and Meri were just friends, when he blasted her for trying to have a relationship.
Polygamists haven’t slept together in 10 years, either.
This romance has obviously been going on for a long time.

Will Meri finally accept this fact?
He summed up his latest Instagram post as follows:
“[2022 was a] years of travel, new friends, new businesses, epic adventures, fond memories, and divine intervention.
“A year full of realizations and forward movements and setting the stage for the most amazing 2023. I’m here for everything.
“Thank you 2022, I’m coming 2023!”

About a week ago, Meri revealed that there was more to the story about their marriage.
“Not everything is always what it seems. Often, we accept a version of the story as the truth because it fits the narrative we have created, or what we want to believe,” he wrote mysteriously.
“It’s not always about what you see, but also where you look from.
“Everyone has their own experience and their own truth.”
