Lenovo Yoga Slim 7i Kab Pro has opened with OLED display at CES 2021. The new model is designed to offer a higher contrast ratio and better colors than the LCD variant. At Lenovo Yoga Slim 7i Kab Pro (OLED) equipped up to the 11th generation Intel Core mobile processor together with Intel Iris Kab Xe graphics. Laptop screens have 90Hz refresh rate and Dolby Vision HDR support. Lenovo will continue to offer LCD variants of Yoga Slim 7i Kab Pros along with its OLED version.

At Lenovo Yoga Slim 7i Kab Pro (OLED) has a 14-inch 2.8K (2,880×1,800 pixels) OLED display with 90Hz refresh rate and 4:10 p.m aspect ratio. The display is manufactured by Samsung Display and is said to have a chrominance attribute (called chroma) magnified to 1.25 times the amount available in LCD panels. This helps deliver higher color frequencies and black saturation levels. It is also claimed to offer a contrast ratio that is 667 times more magnified than LCD.

New look Yoga Slim 7i Kab The Pro can provide 100 percent DCI-P3 and 125 percent sRGB color gamut. Lenovo also claims that OLED display reduces blue light emission by 70 percent through the LCD panel and can provide readability even in direct sunlight.

Under the hood, Lenovo Slim 7i Pro (OLED) has up to the 11th generation Intel Core i7 processor, with Intel Iris Kab Xe integrated graphics, or up to Nvidia GeForce MX450. The laptop also includes up to 16GB of RAM and up to 1TB of PCIe SSD. It is also Intel Evo Kab certification-ready, which the company says will be verified in the second quarter of 2021.

Lenovo has not announced the availability date and price of the 14-inch Yoga Slim 7i Kab Pro (OLED) yet. However, the laptop is expected to debut in Asia-Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, as well as in North America later this year. Details about the Indian launch are yet to be confirmed. In August last year, the LCD variant of the Lenovo Yoga Slim 7i Kab debuts at a starting price of EUR 799 (roughly Rs. 58,700).
