Kamal Sowah scores first goal of season in NAC Breda draw with Feyenoord

Ghanaian forward Kamal Sowah scored his first goal of the season for NAC Breda in their dramatic 3-3 draw with Feyenoord in the Eredivisie, with compatriot Andre Ayew also getting on the scoresheet.

Feyenoord had taken the lead through Ayase Ueda before Sowah brought NAC Breda level with a well-taken finish. The goal was his first of the campaign after making 26 appearances for the Dutch club.

Before Sunday’s match, the attacker had managed just one assist this season, making the strike an important moment in his campaign.

Ayew later added his name to the scoresheet with a powerful header to give NAC Breda a 3-2 lead, marking his first goal for the club since joining during the January transfer window.

However, Feyenoord fought back once again as Ueda grabbed another goal to ensure the match ended in a 3-3 draw.

NAC Breda were also forced to finish the game with ten men after a late sending-off, making the result even harder-earned.

The goals from both Sowah and Ayew provided a boost for the Dutch side as they continue their fight to remain in the Eredivisie.
