The Manhyia Palace said the newly crowned leaders in Bronze, USA, under the leadership of Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu II were not recognized and certified by the Manhyia Palace.
A press release signed by the Private Secretary to Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, Lawrence Akwasi Prempeh, stated that the Chiefs have court cases with the Asantehene and “The Asanteman Association (USA) is not approved and recognized, therefore its activities and swearing are false and fake news.”
The release stated that the public should not conduct any business under the pretext of Manhyia Palace or Otumfuo Osei Tutu II.
