Most churches over the years are filled to capacity during this night and Saturday church services across the country will not be an exception, as many will cross different churches to cross into 2023.

The 31st night usually witnesses people who have not attended church for a long time visiting churches to worship with them regardless of denomination.

The members of the church use the opportunity to thank and praise God for keeping and protecting them throughout the year out and also spend a few hours in the new year in the presence of God.
