Bookworm Show Goes International | Education

Founded as a children’s reading reality competition, Bookworm Reality Show has extended its tentacles beyond the boarders of Ghana.

Revered Nelson event founder and president Kofi Poku said the decision to go international was part of a plan to inculcate reading habits among children in primary schools.
After only four seasons in Ghana, he has made great strides; the reason the founder said informed the decision to spread to other parts of the world.

Bookworm Reality’s worldwide ambassador, Joy Abena Stuber, is currently in Holland

The young, 10-year-old ambassador attends the Samenspel School in Amsterdam and has successfully pushed the reading campaign.

“It has been great, children, parents and different schools have adopted the concept, which is the reason for the initiative. We will cover more areas as the years go by. The feedback from Holland is very encouraging,” he said. Pastor Kofi Poku.
Meanwhile, the president of the reality show said that the stage is set for the seventh season of the competition.
