The mother of the Uvalde school shooter has been jailed in Oklahoma this week after allegedly threatening to kill her boyfriend.
according to The New York Times40 years Adriana Martinez Reyes was arrested and charged Wednesday with threatening to commit an act of violence, as well as assault and battery. Law enforcement in Oklahoma City responded to a second call that day around 10 a.m. about a domestic disturbance. When police officers arrived at the scene, the man – identified as VI Alvarez in court documents – said Adriana lived with someone at home, and the couple asked to be questioned. She later told police that she was disabled and that while she was in love with the suspect, she was afraid of him.

It is not known what led to the confrontation between the pair. However, court records note that Adriana threatened to kill Alvarez at one point. Officers wrote in a police report obtained by The Times:
“They are afraid of what AR can do when no one else is around or when they are sleeping. They don’t feel safe when AR is around and they won’t feel safe until he is arrested and they can’t hurt him.

Adriana denied the allegations to responding officers, according to the report. During her conversation with authorities, she also revealed that she was the mother “who killed all the children in the Uvalde Texas shooting.” As you can see, his 18-year-old son entered Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas, on May 24 last year and fatally shot 19 students and two teachers before being shot down. Adriana previously spoke out about the horrific school massacre, said in a video published by Associated Press:
“I don’t have words to say because I don’t know what he was thinking. He had reasons for doing what he did. And please don’t judge him. I just want… For the innocent children who died, forgive me. .. Forgive, forgive my son. I know he has his reasons.
