REPORT: Jen Shah Celebrates Jail Sentence With Dinner For 20 as Whitney Rose Throws Shade and Lawyer Sues Jen Will "Pay the Debt" for Victims, Plus Jen Heading for the same PRison as Theranos Founder Elizabeth Holmes

Mr. Shah enjoyed dinner for 20 in New York City’s Valbella on Friday night after receiving less prison time than expected in her sentencing hours before.

After the The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star is dealing with 6.5 years in prison (prosecutors hope for 10 years) for allegedly revealing a year-long telemarketing scheme aimed at parents, Jen was spotted “eating and drinking” on the second floor of the venue.

“They had two people standing around the table blocking anyone from taking photos,” a source told Page Six on Jan. 7, noting that it’s unclear if Jen’s husband, Sharrieff Shahavailable.

According to the report, Jen left with her security guard after she was seen trying to “leave without being photographed” at the restaurant’s entrance.

As the outlet also shared, Jen shared a message with Sharrieff and her sons, Sharrieff Jr. the values โ€‹โ€‹of “humility and loyalty and respect” and hurting “innocent people”.

After the verdict, Jen, his lawyer, Priya Choudharyissue a statement.

“Jen Shah really regrets the mistakes he has made and is deeply sorry for those who have been hurt,” he told E! News. “Jen believes in our justice system, knows that anyone who breaks the law will be punished, and accepts this punishment justly. Jen will pay her debt to society, and when she is a free woman again, she vows to pay her debt to the victims who were harmed because of his mistake.

As for where Jen will serve her time, it is set to start on February 17 ROSLC cast members request to be sent to Texas’ FPC Bryan, a minimum security federal prison camp.

Theramos founder Elizabeth Holmes was found guilty of multiple fraud counts and sentenced to more than 11 years in prison in November 2022 after defrauding investors and will begin his sentence on April 27.

Jen will be released on five years of supervised release after completing her prison term.
