The school named ‘Michael Blackson Academy’, is a three-storey complex with many classrooms and other facilities to make teaching and learning smooth and fun.
In early 2020, the 49-year-old actor cut sod for the construction of a school. Then in December 2022, he took to Twitter to hint at his readiness and announce the date of the commission.
“After 2 years is over and the children in my village will get free education, free uniform and free everything. What you should pay attention to is paying attention to your teacher. I couldn’t do this without my fans, every time you buy a ticket to a show you help a little kid. Reports indicate that the commission from ‘The Michael Blackson Academy’ has indeed happened. Ghanaian blogger, Kobby Kyei wrote on his Twitter page: “Michael Blackson Academy Great Commission in Agona Nsaba in the Central Region.”
