Yaw Appianing Boateng, a student of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), has gone viral after developing an architectural design for a modern house in Ghana.
22-year-old, who is now a 400-level student, said he hopes the designs will influence real estate developers in drawing plans for buildings in the country.
Boateng also directed “Helping improve the architecture of our homes in Ghana with comfort is the main goal of the inhabitants.”
Several architectural designs have gone viral on Twitter since he shared them on his page, with some netizens praising him for his creativity.
