Stonebwoy receives plaque from Audiomack after history-making 100 million streams

The plaque was presented to Stonebwoy by Vice President of Marketing and Brand Strategy for Audiomack, Jason Johnson and Director of Brand and Media Partnerships for Audiomack, Charlotte Bawana.

Stonebwoy entered Audiomack in 2019, with 37 songs on the platform making him one of the top artists on the continent.

“This is for you all, this is every stream you stream. God bless you! And, I promise that next year, I will release an Album. Stonebwoy said.

Meanwhile, earlier this year, Audiomack announced the launch of the #KeepTheBeatGoing campaign across the continent in Ghana.

The campaign inspired by the heartbeat of music – the drum – is designed to empower creatives and inspire listeners to embrace new music from Africa.

In Ghana, the Keep The Beat Going campaign will feature creators’ workshops, billboards featuring headliners such as Stonebwoy, KiDi and MzVee, playlists from top Ghanaian artists, digital ads and documentaries that tell Ghana’s story through music.

We care about artists, producers, and fans, and want to make sure they’re represented on billboards, radio ads, and more as we advance music around the world,” said Jason Johnson, VP of Marketing and Brand Strategy for Audiomack.
