Why should we be skeptical of LAB leaders?

The chart above is based on detailed data on GE2019 CON voting from the latest PeoplePolling survey.

The big thing I would worry about if I were a LAB strategist is the relatively small number of Tory votes that currently favor Starmer’s party.

A big driver of the don’t know/don’t vote segment can easily backfire in an election campaign.

It is for this reason that some pollsters allocate significant slabs of former Tory voters who now say they do not know the total Tory.

UPDATE Some have questioned the figures used for the chart above. I have used data from all samples rather than only those that expressed voting intentions. Not all polls provide this information.
