Andy Cohen it’s slamming Howie Mandel through his famous interview with Vanderpump Rules star Tom Sandoval. The leader accused Howie of encouraging it, and said he “didn’t do his homework.”
The interview revealed Tom’s relationship with his costar Rachel Lewis in the relationship with his then-girlfriend Ariana Madix. This is Tom’s first full interview since the scandal broke, and Howie himself has been accused of being overly sympathetic.
Speaking on Tuesday night’s episode of Watch What Happens Liveby Page SixAndy defended the comedian for not doing his “homework” before the interview.
He also called the “Howie Mandel Does Stuff Podcast” host a “jackhole,” and said that “apparently. [didn’t] know what you’re talking about.”
“Howie, you have to be careful before you take sides,” the executive added. “Bravo fans love it.”
The 54-year-old shared a segment where Howie had no idea who Tom was talking to.
As the castmate kissed Raquel before Scheana ShayAt the wedding, the comedian asked: “Who is Scheana?”
Andy also took aim Twitterresponded to a viewer who wrote, “We need Howie Mandel on WWHL after his horrible interview to explain himself.”

Costars Lala Kentrung also denied the interview, calling it “f-king random.”
“The first interview was f-king weird,” the 32-year-old said on Instagram. “Like, a game show host? … Someone who fist bumps you for fear of germs? That’s weird and off-brand … Weird choice.”
According to reports, the interview Tom “blind” the producer of RHONJbecause the season reunion hasn’t aired yet.
