As Real Housewives of Miami star, Lisa Hochstein and your estranged husband, Lenny Hochsteincontinuing to trade accusations and barbs in public forums as well as in courtrooms while navigating a nasty divorce, Lisa claims that the “part time” salary she earns from RHOM “not enough” to take care of the couple’s children, Logan, 6 and Elle, 3.
In October 2022, Lenny claimed that Lisa earned $30,000 per episode RHOM.
Clearly, Lisa didn’t think it was enough. In new court documents, Lisa is asking Lenny to give her alimony stating that she was the “primary householder” during their marriage.
“[Lenny] has significant and substantial assets and earns millions of dollars a year as [a] successful plastic surgeon,” the document says, adding “without [Lenny’s] contribution, [Lisa] unable to meet the needs and necessities of life as established during the marriage,” the document obtained by Page Six reads.
In order to maintain the lavish lifestyle that she and her children had been accustomed to, Lisa also asked Lenny to pay for “uncovered medical, dental and eye care” for her. In addition, Lisa also wants to be awarded “temporary child support” and Lenny is responsible for covering the children’s health insurance as well.
Further, the document states that Lisa wants “exclusive use and occupation” of the marital home which she refuses to vacate, despite a prenuptial agreement stating that she must vacate the home upon divorce.
Lisa felt there was no need for Lenny to maintain the property because the document stated Lenny “has the means and has created an alternative and luxurious home.”
In response to Lisa’s submission, Lenny accuses Lisa of outright lying, and that she “now pays for everything.”
“I pay everything now. I even paid for her new vacation to Colorado with the kids, but instead of ‘thank you,’ which was never expected, I get claims that I did not pay for child support or health insurance? Not true,” he said the outlet’s famous plastic surgeon, adding that Lisa’s “belittlement” tactic just “doesn’t surprise me anymore.”
Lisa has denied Lenny’s claims and again denied that her boyfriend, Jody Gliddenis the one who finances the family trip.
“My main priority remains my children. Obviously, Lenny does not pay for my trip. My boyfriend takes me on vacation and instead spends money on my children’s travel and expenses because Lenny is struggling to pay his share,” said Lisa.
Lisa and Lenny have been locked in contentious divorce proceedings since news broke that she was caught cheating with her current boyfriend, Catherine Mazepa.
Even though Lisa claims that Lenny cheated on her repeatedly during their marriage, Lenny has never cheated on her.
A court date has been set for April 19 to hear Lisa’s pleas mentioned above.
