Kim Kardashian Reveals Her SUPER Intense Weightlifting Regimen – Could You Keep Up??

OK, here it is literally female power!

Kim Kardashian take for Instagram on the weekend as usual. But this time, the KUWTK alum is focused on showing the world what she does every day to reach her fitness goals. And it was INTENSE! He’s not one of those “run half an hour on the treadmill while listening to a podcast” type. He got it after!!!

On Sunday morning, the 42-year-old reality TV veteran appeared on IG Stories with an interesting video sequence. In it, he credits the fitness sherpas Like Greece and revealed some of the very involved workout paces personal trainer puts him through.

To open the series of clips, Kim explained that she is in the gym “5 or 6 days a week,” and that she “lifts weights two hours a day” during these workouts:

“I’ll show you some exercises today. I’ve been training with @senada.greca for three months now. We lift weights for two hours a day and do it 5 or 6 days a week. My goal is to gain muscle and get stronger and I’ve seen the difference I am proud of our commitment together. It always starts with small goals”

A small goal, yes, yes, but two hours a day five or six days a week?!?!

That’s a SERIOUS commitment! We know looking lean and strong is part of her job and all, but damn!!

Then, he engages in the first exercise – leg movements that are briefly described as he shows himself going through the steps in the video clip:

“This exercise is called ‘good morning split stance'”

And since then, Kim pivoted and opted for another lower body lift – while doing some upper body maintenance, too!

This time, it’s a set of steps for the lower half while he focuses on stabilizing the critical upper half:

FYI, in some of the video clips, the background music is playing in the gym Taylor Swift‘s You Must Be Calm. We know for a fact that Kim isn’t afraid to put some Taylor tracks through her voice speakers. And this gym outing only further proves that little development!

Of course, Kim has been very open about her health goals, and how hard she works on her fitness and weight loss. So it’s no surprise to see her sweating it out at the gym — especially as a Swiftie.

But still, damn it! Two hours a day?!
