The season 10 reunion comes amid news that Madix, 37, has split from her longtime boyfriend. Tom Sandoval after discovering she had an alleged month-long affair with Leviss. The former beauty queen, 28, told TMZ on Wednesday that she knows she has to “take responsibility for my actions, so I’m ready to do that.”
When Lisa Vanderpump, Tom Schwartz, Katie Maloney, James KennedyKent, Madix and Sandoval, 40, were all expected to participate in the reunion, Shay, 37, and Leviss’ attendance was in question after the model filed for restraining against the “Shenigans” podcast host earlier this month, so Shay to stay 100 yards from him .
Leviss claimed that the two allegedly got into a physical altercation on March 3 after being seen together at Watch What Happens Live. The California native accused the “Good as Gold” singer of hitting on her if she knew about Leviss and Sandoval’s relationship.

“I want to apologize to everyone I hurt during this process. Most importantly, I want to apologize to Ariana,” he wrote in an Instagram statement. “I made mistakes, I was selfish and I made reckless decisions that hurt the people I love. No one deserves to feel that pain so traumatically and publicly.
He continued, “I can only imagine how much Ariana and everyone around us has been devastated. I feel terrible. My biggest regret is that I let Ariana down. I never let so many people down, including my loving family and friends.
Remainder of Pump Rules cast, meanwhile, has been by Madix’s side in the middle of the drama, with Kent, in particular, slamming. Sandoval and Leviss have dated several times since their relationship was revealed.
