The video went viral on TikTok via the hashtag #ShyGirlWorkout, which has nearly 350 million views. Many of the videos posted with this hashtag reveal many exercises that require little or no equipment, and are easy to do at home without fear of being judged or wrong.
But it doesn’t stop there, because the trainer also shares advice to help his followers feel better about themselves, and even prepares future group classes with simple tips on clothing, self-confidence, and even detailed information on what to do. happening in the classroom.
Bring a friend
