Location of Ariana Madix and Katie Maloney‘s new sandwich shop has finally been revealed.
In the middle of a surprising drama from Tom Sandoval‘s alleged relationship with Rachel Lewisat Vanderpump Rules stars have reportedly nailed down a Los Angeles location for their restaurant, Something About Her, on N. Robertson Blvd in West Hollywood.
The US Sun shared the news with readers on March 10, announcing that the sandwich shop was just “a few doors down” from the former bar, Sandoval and Tom SchwartzTomTom, and “a few steps away” from Lisa VanderpumpSUR restaurant and PUMP restaurant.

According to the report, the space, which used to house Hedley’s restaurant, is about 740 square feet and has a small patio area in front.
Although the reported $8,000 per month rent has not been confirmed, the listing on the site states that it will cost $250,000 to transfer the rent and all the furniture and fixtures.
They have since “rented and paid rent,” the insider said. “It’s still good.”
While Ariana and Katie had secured the restaurant space as theirs, it appeared to be empty now.

“There were stairs, a fridge, and a table inside, but there wasn’t much activity,” eyewitnesses said. “There are no tables or chairs set up. It’s just empty.”

As fans of Pump Rules await the opening of their new restaurant, Ariana and Katie have updated their Instagram page with a new graphic, featuring a knife, sandwich section, and flowers on a pink background.
Ariana and Katie filed for an LLC back in July 2021. And now, as she continues to oust Sandoval and betray a horrible Raquel, an insider tells The US Sun that Ariana is “very focused” on opening Something About Her.
When the location of the new spot was confirmed, Ariana and Katie launched an online store, featuring a variety of sweatshirts, t-shirts, hats, and phone cases, all priced under $50.
In a new episode of Pump Rules, Ariana opens up about the process of opening a restaurant.
“What I learned the most was watching Tom [Schwartz] and Tom [Sandoval] through this process trying to open Schwartz & Sandy’s, not just jump into it without having everything laid out and prepared ahead of time,” Ariana said. “The other thing I want is to not use my own money, so thanks for being a guinea pig, man.”
