MANILA, Philippines—Dave Ildefonso made a key contribution as Suwon KT Sonicboom defeated Daegu KOGAS Pegasus, 86-83, in the Korea Basketball League at the Daegu Gymnasium on Saturday.
Ildefonso collected 13 points, two rebounds and four assists in 36 minutes as a starter.
He hit three triples as Suwon rose to a 20-27 card.
Former Ateneo teammate SJ Belangel logged just 10 minutes and had five points, a rebound and an assist for Daegu, who posted a 17-31 record.
At Jeonju Indoor Gymnasium, Wonju DB Promy lost to Jeonju KCC Egis, 84-64.
Ethan Alvano registered 13 points and seven assists but Wonju dropped to 17-29.
Justint Gutang and Changwon LG Sakers also lost to Goyang Carrot Jumpers, 92-83, at Goyang Gymnasium.
Gutang only saw action for six minutes and went scoreless as Changwon went down to 31-16.
