Well, this was a long time ago… if it ever happened. Donald Trump apparently will face, for the first time ever, criminal charges!
According to the new report bombshell The New York Times – which has now been verified by another news outlet, the Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Brango sent an official notice to Trump’s legal team giving him the opportunity to speak in front of a grand jury. This is a move that only happens before criminal charges are filed! The grand jury has been hearing evidence in the case for months, and this is one of the last steps before an indictment – which means it’s about to happen! wow!
Wait, so…what case is this?

Over the past few years, Trump has been several orange hairs away from prosecution. There was a time when he took secret documents from the government and refused to return them. The Mueller report makes a clear case that he committed obstruction of justice. Georgia is investigating whether he committed a crime for trying to overturn the results of the 2020 election.
But in NYC, where Trump lived for years, there was much more. There is a criminal act itself that causes it The Trump Foundation and executives are prohibited from engaging in charity. And back in December The Trump Organization actually found guilty on all counts of tax fraud. The CFO went down for it… but Trump himself somehow ran back. For the first case that actually asked him to be charged? Turns out it all comes down to Stormy Daniels.
Yes, adult film actress Trump allegedly lied when Melania Trump was at home with her newborn child. While cheating is not a crime – even bareback with a porn star – attempts to cover it up. Heck, Trump’s personal “fixer.” Michael Cohen jailed for it!
Cohen paid Stormy $130,000 in cash to keep quiet about the affair, so as not to damage Trump’s chances in the 2016 election — which would amount to an illegal campaign contribution. He explained to prosecutors and later to Congress that this was all done at the direction of “Individual #1” – aka Donald Trump. He testified before the House of Representatives in 2019:
“He asked me to pay an adult movie star who had an affair, and lied to his wife about it, which I did… Mr. Trump directed me to use my personal funds from the Home Equity Line of Credit to avoid money being traced back to him that could affect his campaign.
Again, there is enough evidence to put Cohen in prison. Why not Trump? I mean, that’s how crime lords go to prison — the people inside them (you know, the practice Trump said “should be illegal.”
Well, it’s always a matter of political sensitivity, isn’t it? Not just because he’s POTUS, but because he constantly complains that an investigation into him is a political “witch hunt.” If the facts are against him, it is because of the conspiracy. So everyone has handled him with kid gloves all these years. But it sounds like a glove.

In a statement through the 2024 presidential campaign, Trump responded to stories of impending impeachment. At first, he maintained that he “did nothing wrong” – denied that he even had sex with Daniels, whom he called “Horseface”. This man is the President of the United States. A horse’s face. Let that sink in for a moment. *sigh* He further called the investigation – a big surprise, a “political Witch-Hunt” conducted by “radical left-wing prosecutors” and designed to “stop the leading candidate, by far, in the Republican Party.”
Hey, look, if you go see it A-Ha and they don’t play Take meyou will be disappointed, won’t you?
Legal experts say Trump can’t speak before the grand jury because anything he says will be admitted. The last time he was actually forced to depose in court, he invoked the fifth amendment for every question.
