Clap back. Vanderpump Rules‘ Scheana Shay said out after Rachel Lewis claiming he physically assaulted her through a relationship with Tom Sandoval.
“This case is the fabrication of a liar and a liar who has betrayed everyone close to him. Scheana never stabbed Raquel, period,” the 37-year-old reality star’s lawyer, Neama Rahmaniexclusively against Us Weekly in a statement on Thursday, March 9. “The dark mark on the left eye has been there for months.”
The statement continued: “Neither Scheana nor the other cast members want anything to do with Raquel moving forward. The judge has only heard one account of what happened, and we hope to present the full and true story at the March 29 hearing.

The host of the “Scheanigans with Scheana Shay” podcast, for his part, has remained silent about the alleged assault. However, he “liked” a post via Twitter on Monday, March 6, which alluded to the altercation.
“If what @scheana said after WWHL is true, she is the ULTIMATE RIDE OR DIE friend. Everyone needs a friend like Scheana,” the tweet read.
The former Miss Sonoma County filed a defense against Shay on Tuesday, March 7, saying the TV personality assaulted her after learning about her relationship with the TomTom founder.
“[Scheana] pushed me [a] the brick wall inflicted a wound on the back [my] head and punched me in the face causing injury to the left eye,” Leviss claimed in a court filing, revealing that he had a “black eye and scar with a scar on his left eyebrow, blurred vision and swelling in his left eye.”
In the photo taken by us on March 8, the former queen of the pageant showed off her bruised face and a cut over her eye that she claimed happened during the confrontation. Shay has since been ordered to stay at least 100 yards away from the California native before his March 29 hearing.
In addition to filing a lawsuit against Shay, Leviss sent several letters to him Pump Rules costars earlier this week asked them to delete the apparent FaceTime video between them and Sandoval. The legal notice states that the clip was recorded “unauthorizedly” and “without permission” by the Sonoma State University alum. They warned that continuing the video was a violation of California law.
