Taylor Armstrong shared some of the then-and-now photos of his daughter, Kennedy, on Instagram over the weekend in honor of his child’s 17th birthday. And, right away, longtime fans The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills they were amazed.
As Taylor, who joined the cast of Real Housewives of Orange County last year, he said that “time flies” in his tribute post, many online followers shared their thoughts on the matter, with many expressing shock at just how grown up Kennedy now looks.
“My baby’s 17th birthday… I can’t believe how fast time flies. I’m proud to be your Mom!” Taylor wrote in the caption of a February 25 post on Instagram.
As Bravo fans also know, Taylor was just a girl when Taylor joined the cast RHOBA for his debut season in 2010.
“OMG she’s so big now!!! It looks so much like you,” one person wrote in the comments section of Taylor’s post.
“She has grown into a very beautiful young woman,” noted another, apparently a nod to Taylor and Kennedy’s past problems with Taylor’s late ex-husband. Russell Armstrongwho died of suicide in 2011 after allegedly abusing Taylor for years.
“Peace and love to you both … We are watching what has passed, it is really good to see you happy, healthy, and in power. Happy birthday,” wrote a third person.
“I can’t believe how big he is, and I’m just a fan of the show. lol,” commented a fourth.
Taylor also shared an additional post on Instagram, featuring a slideshow of photos of her and Kennedy.
“My daughter turned 17 today… I can’t believe how strong and beautiful she is. She is my arrow and I am her bow,” she captioned the photo.
And again, some fans weighed in.
“That’s why it’s holy!! It feels like just yesterday that you attended the hatter’s tea party. Good luck!!” one fan wrote to Taylor.
Another said: “Happy birthday Kennedy. Taylor Kennedy is gorgeous just like her mom. Where were the years? I remember the Mad Hatters birthday party when she was little.
Someone else asked, “Is she just a baby?[?],” and exclaimed, “[I] can’t believe she’s 17!
Taylor, who is now married to her husband, John Bluherin 2014, will be shown in the future from RHOC after starring in the first three seasons of RHOBA in a full-time role and later made several guest appearances in the series.
Real Housewives of Orange County season 17 is expected to premiere on Bravo sometime in the coming months.
