Dorit Kemsley is in jeopardy of losing her home amid her messy split from Paul “PK” Kemsley.

According to a couple of recently shared documents from attorney Ronald Richards, the 49-year-old Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star’s $6.5 million mansion in Encino, California, where she resides with her two kids, 12-year-old Jagger and 10-year-old Phoenix, is set to be foreclosed upon on May 20 at 10:30 a.m.

“Dorit Kemsley’s house is six days away from the foreclosure. The second has not moved the sale date,” Ronald shared on May 14.

“According to our own sources,” he continued, “they will not sell the note at a discount, nor will they do a new loan. There is no way to take out a second with the little equity that remains. Dorit must file a bk with her entity to stop this.”

Although Ronald shared that a bankruptcy filing would halt the foreclosure process and allow Dorit to get caught up on her missed mortgage payments, he further revealed that her and PK’s company, Adlon Road LLC, whose name is on the home, was suspended.

“The FTB just told us today her company is still suspended. A suspended company can’t legally act. We had them send us a letter confirming this,” Ronald explained, signaling a May 14 letter in which it was noted that Adlon Road LLC was “not in good standing with the Franchise Tax Board.”

Dorit and PK, who wed in March 2015 and split in May 2024, have been at odds in recent months over their bills, with her accusing him of failing to pay the mortgage on the home where she resides, and him claiming she has neglected the mortgage in lieu of wild spending on luxury items.
