Other revelations will come to light after Real Housewives of Atlanta pair Drew Sidora and Ralph Pittman Jr. filed for divorce in just one hour of each other after eight years of marriage.
In an amended divorce complaint per TMZ, Drew accuses Ralph of “mental abuse” and “blatant disrespect.” He insists that he walked out of his marriage several times and even interfered with his personal finances.
At one point, Ralph allegedly “withdrew large amounts of money” from her account without her consent.
According to court documents, Drew said he couldn’t take the “mental abuse anymore.”
In addition, Drew said that when Ralph engaged in extramarital affairs during their marriage, the alleged relatives would send him “sexts” pictures to show the affair “to his face”.
At RHO The star also accused Ralph of an alleged physical altercation after he violently grabbed her cell phone from her, causing her to “fall to the floor.” This happened during an explosive argument that told him that because he paid for the phone it was legal to take it.
According to court documents obtained by Radar Online, Drew is seeking physical and joint custody of their two children, Machai and Aniya.
Ralph has submitted his own proposal countering Drew’s claims, and he asked who received physical custody of the children together, and that Drew vacated their homes.
Ralph claims he is entitled to the home because he is “only satisfied with the debt on the residence located in Duluth, Georgia,” according to the divorce petition. Furthermore, he claims to have “made a financial contribution to the maintenance and upkeep of the house since the purchase in 2020 until now.”
Elsewhere in the document, she alleges that she and Drew took out a joint loan that was used to “fund a joint venture” for both parties, and she demands that she be held responsible for the loan.
In the petition, Ralph said Drew can keep the 2021 Cadillac Escalade as long as he can pay off the car in his name, and he can keep the 2022 Porsche Taycan and 2018 Cadillac XT5.
Furthermore, Ralph asked that Drew be prohibited from asking for spousal support and alimony as a role in the Real Housewives of Atlanta providing them with more than enough income to maintain a comfortable lifestyle.
“[Drew’s] earning capacity is far beyond [Ralph’s] capacity because he is a pivotal character in this nationally syndicated franchise show shown on the BRAVO television network,” the document said.
Ralph demanded that he and Drew split the cost of raising two children, but reportedly, he has not asked the court to demand that Drew provide him with alimony.
