Alexia Nepola reunited with her ex-husband, Todd Nepola, on Wednesday to celebrate the arrival of Mary Lou’s at the W South Beach in Miami, Florida.
While joined by Marysol Patton, 59, and her husband, Steve McNamara, 65, the 58-year-old Real Housewives of Miami star was seen posing alongside Todd, 53, whom she divorced in March 2025, seemingly confirming recent rumors suggesting the couple is back on.
In a photo included in a slideshow shared by World Red Eye, the two duos stood together, with Alexia and Todd’s arms situated on each other’s backs.
After attending the event with Todd and her friends, Alexia shared a comment, confirming that it was a “beautiful night.”
As RHOM fans have surely seen, Alexia and Todd have faced rumors of potential reconciliations for months. And, Alexia has made it clear that she never stopped loving him. She’s also made it clear that he is no fan of the Bravo reality series.
Although their current status has not been confirmed, the ongoing back-and-forth has been upsetting to some viewers.
“I got annoyed thinking she’s lying to all of us!” one person wrote on Reddit after seeing that Alexia and Todd had seemingly been hiding their romance from the public. “They are 100% still seeing each other … As a viewer, I feel manipulated.”
“I’m tired of this storyline,” someone else complained.
Although Todd filed an $11 million defamation lawsuit against Bravo at the end of last year, accusing Bravo and NBCUniversal of “lies, bullying, and behind-the-scenes extortion tactics,” he dropped the case months later.
The Real Housewives of Miami season eight is expected to go into production sometime later this year.
