Tom Schwartz it defends itself after the one who sends the shadow with Rachel Lewis!
If you missed the latest development in Vanderpump Rules hostility, Raquel took to Instagram over the weekend to share some pictures of her and Tom together outside his restaurant Schwartz and Sandy. Ch-ch-check (below):

The post quickly caught the attention of Katie, who reacted in the comments section by writing:
“You really think you’re doing something here but this comment is SO LOLOL”
The 36-year-old added:
“No one is sad. … The number of times the picture landed in my inbox, I couldn’t leave it alone. Desperate.”
Yes!!!
Of course, Perezcious readers know that there has been a lot of trouble between Katie and Raquel since she and Tom got hitched last year. Mind you, their fling came after their ex-partners agreed not to date in their friend group to avoid awkward situations. Obviously, Tom didn’t go along with the plan! So it’s not surprising You Will Love Me The podcast host could not resist responding to Tom and Raquel apparently trying to add fuel to their beef.
But for the part, the TomTom The co-founder swears he didn’t intentionally try to cause more drama or “hurt” Katie with a selfie! He told me Us Weekly on Wednesday:
“It wasn’t meant to be a jab. It wasn’t intentional. It wasn’t premeditated. I didn’t want to do anything to hurt Katie. I still love her and it’s not mean. It’s not like we’re coordinating here. Like, ‘Yeah let’s stir the pot a little bit .’ I think we had a great night and we celebrated a milestone. [Raquel] want to show love.”
Seriously, Schwartz??? Even if the 40-year-old did not try to get back at Katie, he should have known what people would think when the pic dropped – and they would definitely send it to his ex-wife. However, Tom later noted that he wasn’t “naive” about the timing of the post, as we finally got to see the hookup scandal in season 10. VPR:
“I know that with the storyline of this season – it can be interpreted a little rudely. But I’ve never been bad. Maybe from time to time I can be careless or a little careless.
Yeah, think?! He continued:
“But as far as Katie is concerned, I don’t want to hurt her. It’s never been my intention. Because of everything we’ve been through, I think it’s great.
Umm… “In such nice terms???” We would beg to differ, given the comments he’s been making about her lately!
As for the general reaction to all situations? Tom mentioned that he had been “vigilant” about seeing what others had to say – whether it was about his portrayal in the film VPR or in the comments section of the post:
“I’m not too virtuous to appreciate a good tea. I like some gossip. But also, I’m just very careful about comments or diving into the comment section. I saw some comments [about VPR episodes] and it hurts when you see something that is special to you – which is my marriage and relationship to Katie. Not perfect, but a rich and complex relationship. To see only, like, reduced or reduced to, like, 240 characters – sometimes it hurts.
This is so, so messed up, all of it! What do you think of the situation, Perezcious readers? Do you buy what Tom has to say? Let us know in the comments below!
