MG turns red on Valentine’s Day in Accra, Kumasi & Takoradi

Media General Limited showed that staff members are the top priority for the organization when it held a wonderful and beautiful Valentine’s Day celebration on Tuesday, February 14, 2023 in the newly renovated staff canteen.

The celebration was not confined to the Accra Media General Office. The company’s channels Connect FM, Takoradi and Akoma FM, Kumasi did not lag behind in the celebration as they wore the company’s red color which also matched the color of love worn on Valentine’s Day and also celebrated the day with some items.

As a media house, exceptional staff work sometimes long hours to ensure that the station is running.

Valentine’s Day special events are an opportunity for staff to get together, have fun, socialize and relax while doing their regular work activities.

By 12 noon, the canteen area had been decorated with red and white balloons and a huge Valentine’s Day backdrop.

Media General Staff came in red dress or red dress to celebrate the Day.

The Faculty DJ serenaded the staff with soothing music, which the staff members enjoyed with some dancing to the music.

Giovani Caleb of Date Rush fame was also there to interact with the staff which added to the fun.

Day’s side attraction is the Red Booth where the staff pose for pictures.

There was a free lunch at Media General with items from sponsors such as Twellium Industries, which provided Verna Mineral water, Planet Pineapple drinks, American Cola and other soft drinks.

Fanmilk sponsored the event with Superyogo and FanMaxx ice creams, Mcberry Biscuits came with a unique bouquet of party biscuits, while Aduana Chocolates came together with chocolate products to make the day unforgettable.

The trendy Ballonz and Events are beautifully decorated in front of the canteen called ‘TV3 Pub’.

Spontaneous thank you messages to the company and sponsors from the staff showed their appreciation and pleasant surprise at how positive and fun the day was.

It’s really a day of love, fun, bonding, good food and great treats all round from the General Media and sponsors.
