The Awkraboye Doku family of Atrekor-We Teshie, Accra, has warned the general public not to approach unauthorized individuals to carry out any land renegotiation involving Otano’s land in Adjiringanor, Adetan Municipality in the Greater Accra Region.
According to the family, it has been observed that some people have withdrawn to issue a letter that has not been approved by the family to the residents of the 748.39 hectares of land as a result of the court’s decision in favor of the family. .
The family insists that they have no intention of evicting or destroying the property of the people who have seized their land before the court and inform the public through this release not to engage in transactions with illegal people and only deal with Mr. Dennis. Famieh, who has the authority of the family to transact business on their behalf.
The family also warned those who intend to surround themselves with the petition especially to disrespect the court order to refrain from such acts.

PUBLIC NOTICE: DO BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS WITH IMPOSTER IN OTANO LANDS- AWKRABOYE DOKU FAMILY WARNS
The family of Awkraboye Doku of Atrekor-We Teshie, Accra in the Greater Accra region of the Republic of Ghana is giving notice, attention and information from the general public and in particular, all the owners or occupants of all pieces and parcels of land commonly known as Otano land in the east of Legon Accra , that;
According to the High Court Decision of the Accra Automatic Fast Track Division granted by the employer Judge NMC Abodakpi the title to all parts and parcels of land situated and located at Otano in the Adenta Municipal Assembly Area in the Greater Accra region of the Republic of Ghana covering a total area of 748.39 hectares more or less and guaranteed by land certificate number GA 019/11575/1995
If the Akwraboye Doku Family has obtained a writ of ownership of the land declared by the court.
A sequel to the instructions above or more directly affected by the judgment and people in real ownership or whose title to part of the land Otano has been subsumed by this court is requested by this public notice / announcement to take immediate steps to have the title. or possession regularized within 90 days of this announcement notice of failure which the family will be at liberty to return without further notice.
All persons who are currently carrying out any kind of development on part of the family land, with this notice, will stop the development, pending inspection and approval by the family before the development continues.
The family will direct the land commission to stop the processing of all title documents affecting the Akwraboye Doku Family land located in Otano that do not have the prior approval of the family even if the documents registered are from the family.
The family is more wary of all kinds of people who bring fake documents and petitions to the place especially to disrespect the court order and the family to refrain from such acts.
All business activities will be completed in the office GD-190-8341 (Behind Rawlings house) and attended by the owner of the power of attorney in the person of Mr. Dennis Famieh, attorney and family only. Anyone who does business without these people and offices does so at their own peril.
