A brace from Ranga Chivaviro and goals each from Lesiba Nku and Joseph Molangoane was enough to get Bahlabane Ba Ntwa a perfect start to the group campaign.

Moftah Aldrsi did well again out of his area to deny Nku again three minutes later when he was put through on goal by Lucky Mohomi.
Aldrsi was the villain in the 22nd minute when he tried to pass the ball to one of the defenders but it fell into the path of Katlego Otlatisa who showed his selflessness by giving the ball to Ranga Chivaviro to tap in when he could. has taken the goal in itself.
Al Akhdar’s best chance of the half fell to Salim Roma in the 34th minute when he was unmarked inside the box, but his free header was just wide.
In the end, the Gallants took a 2-0 lead into the half-time break.

Alzawi gave the visitors hope when he pulled one back in the 80th minute, but his joy was short-lived as substitute Joseph Molangoane restored a three-goal deficit as he completed a fine move from the Gallants.
