Julie Chrisley Fought With Husband Todd Over His ‘Lies’ Before Reporting to Prison!

Apparently there is some tension between them Todd and Julie Chrisley before they have to go to report to jail!

As previously reported, the couple had to go to separate prisons – Julie remained in Kentucky while Todd was in Florida – as they served a combined 19 years for tax evasion and bank fraud. The tenth season of the reality show Chrisley knows best premiered there and where it has not yet addressed the prison sentence, it shows some serious head-butting between husband and wife amid the legal battle.

In the confessional episode, Chrisley matriarch gets real about how stressful life has become with her husband moving around all the time:

“Being married to Todd means you won’t call home for a long time. It makes me stiff and unsettled. And the only reason I agreed to move to this new house is because it’s turn-key. I’m just excited to move, unpack, and done.

The family has been packed up and moved three times in the past year, which would be a big stress on anyone, and it only got worse because the businessman did not tell his wife that he had “gutted” the house. He denied in his confession:

“Julie, listen, it’s like when you go your eyes, then you know that you have to finish the neck. Then you have to have an upper lift and a lower lift.

Julie called him out, though! He quickly asked Todd:

“Why did you lie to me?”

He replied:

“Okay, let’s find an easier question.”

Yeesh! It seems like the second question to taxes is what Todd can avoid…

The 50-year-old mum-of-three is really frustrated with her husband for cheating – and says she’s ready:

“I’m done. I passed. I feel like I’m at a stage in my life where I need to find a place to live. I wanted Grayson to settle down a few years ago he was at home before he went to college. Chloe is nine. They like stability. Don’t build a house and sell it and move to another one and sell it. I’m just tired. And not to mention, you lied to me, Todd.

It doesn’t really sound like he’s over it! And that stability and settling down was definitely not what he wanted, but he didn’t seem to do half bad in prison unlike Todd…

Reaction, Perezcious readers?
