Jenelle Evans has long felt like she’s in a competition against Chelsea Houska.
And we probably do not need to tell you that it is one of the most lopsided rivalries in history.
It’s like a semi-pro benchwarmer comparing himself to Tom Brady or Nickelback comparing himself to the Beatles.

Thanks to her new show Down Home Fab, which she cohosts with husband Cole DeBoer, Chelsea is HGTV’s breakout star right now.
The show was such a hit that just two episodes in, Chelsea and Cole have been renewed for another season.
We’ve known for a while that DeBoers were popular, but no one expected them to explode onto the home renovation scene in the same way they did.
And then there’s Jenelle…
When Chelsea left Teen Mom 2 to move on to bigger and better things, Jenelle was fired from the show due to allegations of child neglect, animal abuse, addiction, domestic violence, bigotry…
Name any bad behavior, and you can bet Jenelle and her husband David Eason have run it into the ground.
These days, Jenelle makes a living posting OnlyFans content, and while there’s nothing wrong with sex work, she’d rather star in the wildly successful HGTV series.
Anyway, it’s not hard to see why Evans’ former co-star might be on many people’s minds today.
Recently, Teen Mom fans have spoken at length about Jenelle’s fixation with Chelsea.
(Some call it obsession, but we’re trying to be objective here.)
The situation seemed to come to a head when Jenelle (allegedly) dressed up as Chelsea for Halloween last year.
Maybe it was just a coincidence that she decided to wear a wide hat, clear glasses and a graphic shirt that day, but since Jenelle never corrected those who speculated that she was cosplaying as Chelsea, it could be considered that way. this is done.
Anyway, Jenelle started posting Chelsea again on Thursday, and this time, the envy is more obvious than ever.
“Maybe MAYBE I don’t want to be on tv right now, but here it is again talking about me,” Jenelle tweeted on The Ashley’s Reality Roundup.
“You love meeeee! I like Chelsea. Personally, I don’t like chasing houses for a living. More power to him!”
Some fans are quick to point out that there is video of Jenelle talking about how much she would love to flip houses for life.
It doesn’t really matter, because Chelsea and Cole host a home renovation show, where they’re different at work.
“They’re not flipping, they’re redecorating,” one person tweeted.
“Okay don’t come for Chelsea……I’m sure she’s glad she didn’t end up like you,” another pointed out.
“Nobody’s coming for him, calm down,” Evans said
“Oh idk, I’m always watching HBOMax or Netflix or YouTube,” Jenelle replied in response to her far-fetched observation about the nature of Chelsea’s career.
Another user accused Jenelle of looking up her own name, tweeting:
“Idk, you looking for someone to use your own gif seems like you’re jealous. You didn’t even get tagged or tweeted.
“Well, I’ve got people delivering things while some BS is being delivered,” Evans replied.
From there, Jenelle began the origin story of her feud with Chelsea.
Using a picture from The Hollywood Gossip, she explained that she is still angry about a 2018 tweet from Chelsea’s dentist father in which he speculated about her oral health condition.
“He’s never seen his mouth in real life btw I’ve never had a missing tooth…but since he’s a dentist I’m wrong,” Evans said.
“Now I don’t overbite and I have 1 month left for Invisalign… jaw problems are actually GONE. Thanks to me, not some random dentist online,” she said.
We won’t weigh in on the missing tooth issue, but it’s understandable that Chelsea is at the forefront of Jenelle’s mind right now.
He said he hasn’t watched a Chelsea show yet, but we think he should give it a chance!
