The police have launched a manhunt for a gang of robbers who attacked a shop that bought gold and shot dead three people in Ntwitwina near Wassa Nkonya in the Western Region on 01 February 2023.
A special police team consisting of investigation, intelligence and operational officers has been deployed to increase security in the city and surrounding communities.
We want to assure the public that they will definitely demand that the arrested robbers face justice.
The development is behind the arrest of several robbery suspects in the area on January 28, 2023.
The four suspects were arrested by the police in a special anti-robbery operation while they were fleeing from the scene of the robbery.
