Randall Emmett and Amybr Childers they said they were trying to hash out an out-of-court settlement ahead of a rescheduled court appearance on Monday.

Weeks after the 34-year-old actress obtained a temporary restraining order against Randall, 51, the ex-fiancé of Vanderpump Rules star Lala Kentrung32, the couple agreed to move the January 24 court hearing to January 26.

In court documents filed Jan. 24 and obtained by Page Six, Randall and Ambyr confirmed that they “worked out a settlement.”

As fans may recall, a judge granted Ambyr a temporary restraining order against Randall on December 22 after he cited “possible involvement in child exploitation and pedophilia” in a series of court documents and claimed he was the target of an FBI investigation.

According to Ambyr, he was contacted on December 6th “by a special agent of the Federal Bureau of Investigation who asked. [her] questions about [Emmett’s] activities suspected of child exploitation and pedophilia. But according to Randall, there is no truth to these claims.

In a video shared on Instagram, he said, “We are waiting today for confirmation, because we know that nothing is true, that the FBI has never investigated me and did not investigate me because there is nothing to investigate. But unfortunately, in this culture , you can say whatever you want, then write it down, and then it is considered ‘truth’ in this null culture.

“I have been a father for a long time. I have custody of all my children, and I have custody of all my children because I am a good father and I am a good person,” he continued. “At the end of the day, that’s the most important thing. At the end of my life, no matter what happens, I’ll look at the faces of my three children, and they’ll know their father is a great father.

Randall also released a statement to Page Six, saying, “I am not under investigation by the FBI or anyone else, and the suspicion that I am is completely absurd.”

Currently, Randall and Ambyr share 50/50 custody of daughters London, 12, and Rylee, 9, but Ambyr says they are fighting for “legal and physical custody” of the girls “for various reasons.”

Although Lala didn’t directly address the allegations against Randall, she did explain that he was dealing with a very difficult situation.

“People know a little bit why I fight for my son … I do what I can to prevent it from happening, to protect my son, my son, but it’s too much,” said Lala in a recent episode of her podcast, Give them Lala. “This weekend, I had a moment where I was just… ‘I can break.’ And I had to sit in my room and put myself back together and say to myself, ‘These guys are not going to hurt me, damn it. I’m going to be damned.’ The full story will come out, and I don’t have to be the one to tell.

“[But] to watch a man who constantly tries to say that everyone around him is lying, but he is the guardian of the truth, that others are not crazy and lying, trying to destroy him, it is incomprehensible,” he said.

Ambyr’s restraining order against Randall will remain in place until he returns to court on Thursday.

Vanderpump Rules Season 10 premieres Friday, February 8 at 9/8c on Bravo.
