Vodafone Ghana was recognized as a top employer in 2023 by the Top Employers Institute
The Top Employers Institute has announced Vodafone Ghana as a Top Employer for Ghana and Africa. The Institute recognized Vodafone Ghana as the Top Employer in Ghana for the past five years and for the next four years as the Top Employer in Ghana and Africa.
Every year, the Top Employers Institute recognizes organizations that put their employees first through outstanding HR policies. The Institute’s certification program is based on the results of the HR Best Practices Survey, which covers six HR domains and 20 topics, including People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Diversity & Inclusion, and Wellbeing.
