Us Weekly confirmed in April 2021 that One Tree Hill alum filed for divorce from the former football player after nearly six years of marriage. Kramer announced the split that same month, declaring they were “fighting” to keep their relationship together.
“I’ve loved so much. I’ve forgiven. I’ve put in the work. I’ve given everything I wanted, and now I have nothing left,” he wrote via Instagram at the time. “I can’t fight anymore. It’s time to heal. Thank you for all your love, heart, and support, in so many ways you have struggled on this journey with me, and I am grateful. I will always encourage you to continue the good fight, but you cannot fight alone. 💔”
Shortly after the news of the split broke, an exclusive source told us sing It’s getting close to midnight The actress, who shares daughter Jolie and son Jace with the former NFL star, “discovered a new infidelity” that led to the end for good.
The former couple previously split in 2016 after a year of marriage. A brief separation came after us broke the news of Caussin’s infidelity. The Virginia native sought treatment for sex addiction and the couple renewed their vows the following year.
“Jana’s last straw came when she rediscovered herself [Mike] has been cheating on her,” an insider said in April 2021, noting that the couple had been in weekly couples counseling before the divorce.
A second source told us“Jana and Mike agreed [that] at this time it will not work. The insider explained that the former athlete “always regrets what he has done” in terms of his immoral behavior, “unfortunately it didn’t end there.”
Kramer, for his part, “knew he was doing his best and doing everything he could” before walking away, according to the source. “He always held her and told her she wasn’t going to take it anymore. She was done, but emotionally it was draining.
At Love at First Bark star has since returned to social media and hosting duties on the “Whine Down” podcast. Kramer’s personal life has never been out of bounds, with the actress opening up about highs and lows with fans both online and on the radio.
