While Teresa remained silent about Gorgas’ behavior for years, she told listeners that she had “found out [her] voice” and “tell the truth”.
“I’ve always been about family. But when your family is toxic and trying to hurt you, then you have to stop, and that’s what I’m doing now,” said Teresa. “I am honestand honest, and I stand firm in what I believe in. 10 years ago, it was like a revelation that happened to me today. My eyes have been opened.”
“I have been treated as a fool. I have been dragged through the mud. My family came to the event and betrayed me. It was the ultimate betrayal. If this didn’t hurt me so much, so much pain in my heart, I wouldn’t have said this,” he continued. “I keep forgiving and forgiving.”
According to Teresa, Joe and Melissa used her to play RHONJ.
“My brother only came when I was filming, now I know. I was just used and abused just so they could be famous, so they could get a paycheck from [RHONJ],” he explained. “Even my kids, they’re like, ‘Your sister and Melissa just came over when we were filming.'”

We’re going to take you out to dinner.’ And I even said to him, ‘Why don’t you ever ask me out?’ And he was like, ‘Yeah because we always go out with our partners.'”
When Teresa claims Melissa recently accused her of making up the excuses she and Joe had to deal with, Teresa insists she didn’t need to make anything up – adding that she watched the video. RHONJ unrelated, saying it’s “just icing on the cake.”
“I’m glad everyone saw the truth, they’ve been lying through their teeth for the last 10 years, they’re looking at me in the face, they’re lying to their fans, straight to their faces,” Teresa said, nodding. Melissa reportedly lied about not participating in the show behind her back (As RHONJ fans have also heard, former producers Carlos King confirmed that Melissa, in fact, reached the production without Teresa’s knowledge to get the series).
“The only way he is relevant is that he talks about me and I f-cking finally… I f-cking finally woke up,” he added.
Teresa continues to shade Joe and Melissa for poking fun at her wedding with Melissa’s family.
“My only brother, my only family, my only brother-in-law … not only did he not show up at my wedding but … he said bad things on social media … like ‘This is better than a wedding ,'” she recalled, confirming that she had removed a couple from her guest list. “He was invited. For him to even say that … It’s crazy for me … Then to know and see my brother and to see what he’s doing and to make this announcement that he didn’t come to my wedding and talk trash about me on social media with Melissa’s family , how do you think I feel?”
As she moved on from the feud, Teresa said she wished Gorgas well and hoped he would do the same for her.
“I need to heal. I need peace in my life, and I need toxicity out of my life. Ten years is a long time. I have to heal myself, I have to protect my family, and I just have to keep the toxicity at bay,” Teresa said.
Teresa also responded to Gorgas’ suggestion that she wasn’t happy at home, saying, “I’m not going to talk about it.”

“I used antibiotics, but I didn’t recover. I had blood work done. Finally, it came back. They took a culture of my throat. I have this rare form of throat,” she said.
