Jennifer Lopez be honest about the “PTSD” you had before the wedding Ben Affleck.
Six months after the famous couple said “I do” in July 2022 wedding, the Golden Globeactress -nominated spilling on the terror she felt before finally walking down the aisle. When discussing her wedding on Jimmy Kimmel LiveJen coyly explains:
“I don’t know if you know this, but 20 years ago, we should have gotten married.”
Ha! The host of the night cheerfully replied, “I heard – I will read.” Very happy Jenny from the Block singer can laugh about! Well, he is now whatever. At that moment it felt like a sense of déjà vu thinking about the previous attempt to get hitched:
“It all fell apart at that point. And this time it’s like, we still have – I really – have a little PTSD. And I’m just like, What – Did this happen? Did this really happen?”

At On the Floor The singer later noted that despite the fun, and the party moving forward, the planning stage “was stressful.” He explains:
“We had a lot of fun, and it always happened, but I just felt like the wedding was stressful, and one day Ben just said, ‘F**k, let’s go to Vegas and get married tonight.’ “
The truth is out! Jen continued:
“We had a big wedding planning meeting, and he was like, ‘No, no, you can’t get married in Savannah,’ he was like, ‘You shouldn’t do it there, maybe we should go to Italy, you don’t want to do it in the country. ‘”
He continued:
“I was like, ‘No, I want to — that’s where I want to do it.’ And it was just like, we hung up and I was like, ‘This is crazy, what are we doing?’
But like a supportive husband, Ben eased his worries and said:
“‘Going to practice, when you come back here, I’ll get everything ready.'”
He reveals:
“Three of our kids were at camp, two of them with us, and they were like, ‘He’s going to be our witness, let’s do it tonight,’ and we did it.
So they really DID get married for the first time in Vegas – and the Georgia ceremony was just for fun!
J.Lo called the impromptu decision “amazing,” and “the best night ever.” As we know, the couple had a big Savannah ceremony a year later with their families. We bet it’s a lot less stressful knowing the person waiting for him at the altar has been locked in the right! LOLz!

As for the condition of the ring, the Wedding Shotgun star told Kimmel that although he was involved before, the same exercise go through the motions of the proposal again:
“He should ask again. I don’t have it [ring] again.”
Oh no! At Harry Winston! We thought he was staying! But then…where is that beauty?? So sad…

As for Ben himself, déjà vu is all delicious. He told me Vogue back in November his wife is now “the same person I remember 20 years ago.” She’s getting sweeter:
“Maybe he sees all the changes he’s made, but when I see him, I usually just see someone who has endured, against the odds, the thing about him that makes him the most extraordinary to me: a heart that seems boundless with love. . He is my idea of the type of person I want to be.
We love that! It’s great that they can help brides through the anxieties they feel before the wedding – and even come up with spontaneous plans! LOVING this new Bennifer!
