The Nigerian Army Rose Quickly to Threaten Nigerians after the Criticism by T.Y. Danjuma

The Nigerian Army proves to be faster in responding to criticisms than challenging the root cause of anarchy in the failed contraption called Nigeria.

It could be noted that if the Nigerian Army invest the same energy and speed they used while responding to criticism to respond to the security failure the activities of terrorists would have been a thing of the past.

In response to the criticism by T.Y. Danjuma, the Nigerian army had threatened that it would deal with any citizen caught with ammunition.

According to the reports, The Nigerian Army on Sunday warned that any citizen caught in possession of arms and ammunition would be dealt with in accordance with the law.

Even when the Army has openly proved to be working for the Islamic State of Nigeria rather than protect the lives of innocent people who submitted themselves to be law abiding in the deceptive government of Nigeria.

The army gave the warning in a statement issued by its spokesman, Brig.-Gen. Texas Chukwu in reaction to accusations leveled against it by Gen. T.Y. Danjuma, a former Chief of Army Staff from 1976-1979.

It could be recalled that speaking during the convocation ceremony of the Taraba State University on Saturday, Danjuma accused the Armed Forces of Nigeria of colluding with militias and other criminal elements operating in the state.

The former army chief also was in the right position to reveal that the armed forces were “unable to provide security for the citizens of Taraba State’’ and called on the people “to take up arms and defend themselves.

In the statement by the Army, Chukwu said: “The Nigerian Army views this statement made by the former Chief of Army Staff as most unfortunate.
